However, you might be able to claim an exemption if your annual sales are under *Ithink" $400 from the County. Might be worth checking out. I sell in California also, but am not required to have a business license unless I gross more than $5,000 a year. I know every county and city are different, but do check with yours to be sure you really have to have one. Also, if you use your name in the name of your "business" then you do not have to file a fictitious business statement.
